Flower - The Look

We did not choose the easy option! We opted for a palette of sea foam green, coral, cream and grey tones, I loved how they looked together.
Adam wore a blue suit with matching waistcoat, which he looked very handsome in. Sourcing the bridesmaid’s dresses was very stressful, as finding affordable, different sized dresses in the color we wanted was no easy task! I finally found great dresses online from as US store, ordered slightly larger sizes then had them altered when they arrived. How to send flowers to philippines in discounted rate through www.philippinesflowersdelivery.com/

The details
I found many of our décor ideas on pinterest and included lots of meaningful touches, including having my grandmother favorite hydrangeas incorporated in the church displays. The tent camp with lamps and lanterns, and we added paper Pomp – Pomp and flowers. I wanted to keep the table centers simple; we will decorated jars with stocks, dahlias, roses, peonies and lisianthus. Adam and I met over “I found many of our décor ideas on pinterest” a game of jenga block and asked them to write words of advice for us on the back.

My favorite moment
I loved seeing my bouquet for the first time, and spending a few moments alone with Adam.

My tip for brides to be
If you have an idea, go for it. Everyone else will have an opinion, but it’s your day so it’s up to you. I fought hard for my ideas!

The florist
Katie booked florist Emma Lappin on recommendation from her photographer, and was impressed with her creativity. “I knew wanted peonies, but otherwise I was open to suggestion. Emma had so many ideas. I was originally against roses but I had no idea how many different types existed. Emma opened me up to this”.

The bouquets
The posies contained peonies, roses, stachys byzantine and silver brunia, with the bridesmaids posies and brighter coral shade. “My bouquet included the same elements, but in muted colors which didn’t distract from my dress, says Katie. When the flowers were delivered in the morning, I cried at the sight of my bouquets, it was so beautiful.”
