Plants and animals are two most domineering divisions of
nature; they’ve evolved together and are likewise favorable to the world. But
are they correspondingly expedient for each other as well? Yes they do have an interdependent relationship and this
process of reliance evolution of both the species is called coevolution.
Flower/Herbivore
Relationships:
Herbivore is a relation in which a plant (flowers) is consumed by animals.
The relationship of a plant and an herbivore traditionally is like a prey and
predator. Even insects and
animals that eat seeds are considered herbivores.
However, some researches indicate the fact that except
being their ultimate killer few herbivores are also potentially beneficial for
plants, like shade cropping insects which allows greater amount of sunlight to
penetrate till the inner layers of the plant being victimized.
Flowers
and Pollinators:
Pollination is the transfer of the pollen
grains from one flower to the stigma that is reproductive organ of a plant, of
another, resulting in reproduction and, ultimately birth of a new bud turning
out to be a flower. Plants are normally pollinated by wind but now many plants can
rely on animals for conducting this process for them. Insects, birds, even bats
are involved in this fertile process. Bees and these animals get attracted by
bright, showy flowers and eventually become part in pollination.
The pollinators, in turn, take advantage
of the flowers. Plants (flowers) typically help in enhancing the color vision,
sharp memory and strong glandular power within animals who engage themselves in
pollination.
Fossil
fuels and Germination:
Fossil
fuels are is a general term for buried geologic deposits of organic
materials, formed from decayed animals that have been converted to crude oil, coal, natural gas, or heavy oils by exposure.
Moreover, these decayed animals are responsible for making the soil fertile and
nutritious thus promoting the growth of more and more plants and flowers.
Plants
and Their Dispersers:
Plants
(flowers) use send flowers to Philippines variety of ways in order to disperse their seeds; with water,
squall and of course animals. Animals play an essential role in seed dispersal
of a plant. Many animals consume large variety of fruits and vegetables and
when they bleep, seeds are dispersed accordingly.
And
so in this way this predominant relationship and associations benefit both the
organisms in one or the other way being mutually valuable, making them equally
liable for one and other as they are liable for us humans. In fact the communal bond and relationship of
two that are animals and plants is way stronger than the relation they have
with us humans.
